Biography

Vice President, Brian Kingman was born & raised in NYC. Having grown up in a townhouse in Chelsea, he knows Manhattan! His ties, interest & connection to real estate are rooted in his family's history of brokers, investors and developers. Brian's depth of knowledge is invaluable to his clients as he can reminisce about a corner store from his youth or be beguiled by a new development which may have replaced a small restaurant he used to frequent.

Brian's other pursuits in business are born from his love of music and sound. As a result, he holds a degree from the Berklee School of Music in Music Production & Engineering. His audio career has spanned the globe and his work with respected artists include: U2, Carlos Santana, Garth Brooks, Whitney Houston, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga and countless others. As a broadcast music engineer he has and continues to participate on TV programs such as; The Colbert Report, The Grammy Awards, The MTV Video Music Awards, as well as The Rosie O'Donnell Show and The Caroline Rhea Show to name a few.

No stranger to clients who demand excellence, Brian has fine tuned his talent for working with diverse personalities while finding creative solutions for their needs in the fast-paced world of New York City real estate. Adept at listening, interpreting his client's needs and following a straight line of integrity from beginning to end are his hallmarks for success; whether representing the seller, the buyer a studio or a townhouse.

It's no surprise that today Brian lives just a few blocks away from the Chelsea townhouse he called home as a child.
