Dan Greenwald’s intrigue with real estate began early in his life thanks to the investors and brokers in his family. Dan not only helped manage family investment properties during summer breaks from Boston University; he also worked for the Community Preservation Corp. scouting sites for potential HUD housing in Brooklyn and Harlem.
Dan since earned his Masters focused in Curriculum Development from Teachers College at Columbia University, and spent many years in education as a teacher and administrator in the public and private school sectors.
