Kristin Hurd comes from a long lineage of real estate entrepreneurs. In the 1950s, her grandfather started the largest and most successful real estate firm in Cleveland, Ohio. The apple doesn't fall too far from the tree. Kristin has managed over 200 brokers and over a billion dollars in real estate transactions. She has also repeatedly been in the top 1% of a 70 billion dollar a year company and received Weichert Realtors' most prestigious broker awards, including Rookie of the Year and Manager of the Year. Her talent for selling and managing new developments has allowed her to work one-on-one with international investment banks, hedge funds, and some of New York and New Jersey's largest real estate developers.
Kristin attributes her success to hard work and always putting her clients' needs first. "I believe that when a client hires me, they are trusting me with not only one of their largest assets, but the place they call home. I stay conscious of that the entire time I am working with them. I am there to be of service and nothing else."
She believes that a team approach is what always leads to the greatest achievements. "The more support I can gain from my colleagues, the better chance I have to achieve my clients' goals."
Kristin is on the board of directors of EUVA, a non-profit organization that runs its highly successful Energy Up! health and wellness program in the New York City public school system. It's mission is to introduce wholesome lifestyle habits in order to prevent and reverse type 2 diabetes & childhood obesity in inner-city teenage girls. She is also a Federal Club member of HRC, Lambda Legal, and the Hudson Union Society.
For fun, Kristin loves to snowboard, skydive, scuba dive and spend quality time with friends and family.
