Lee Snyder brings her years of experience in the real estate market, specializing in Upper Manhattan and Riverdale, to The Heddings Property Group. A REBNY Deal of the Year award winner in 2010 and a property seller even in the recession, Lee has sold everything from studios to townhomes.
Lee enjoys working with both buyers and sellers. All of her maternal instincts, the need to inform and protect, come out when working with first-time buyers. There is a lot going on when a buyer falls in love with a property, and they need someone to educate them on all that is involved. Board applications are daunting, and to do them simultaneously along with the mortgage application, it is easy to feel overwhelmed. Lee does her best to make what can be a trying time, a warm and fuzzy experience.
Lee moved to Nyack in Rockland County in 2006. She loves the easy commute and all the green space for hiking dogs that Rockland has to offer. Rockland County is a special place.
