Her clients range from first time home buyers to international real estate investors. Her unique ability to work with a variety of clients from all walks of life makes her approachable on many levels.
Communication and patience are the keys which lead to successful transactions for Maria’s clients. She sees opportunities where others see issues and she can communicate these opportunities to her clients. Maria is able to determine their individual needs and can adjust her strategy accordingly. She creates a chain of communication between herself and her client to insure a smooth transition from the first steps of selling or buying to the closing. Her relationships go well beyond the real estate transaction and she often forms long term friendships with many of her clients.
Maria is an Associate Broker with memberships with the Real Estate Board of New York and The Long Island Board of Realtors. She earned her degree in Psychology from Fordham University, pursued a Master’s Degree in Business as well as Post Graduate work in Psychology. During her post graduate studies she volunteered her time at NYU Hospital and is proud to say she helped develop diagnostic tools that contributed to Alzheimers research. She is also fluent in Spanish.
Prior to her work in the real estate community, Maria dedicated herself to over 16 years of restaurant management where she learned the importance of customer service. Maria ran multimillion dollar restaurant businesses for her employers. She is a devoted mother and wife. Maria splits her time between New York City and Southampton.
